OUR REASON FOR BEING The Field is an organisational development company with expertise in human cognition, behaviour and motivation. After 15 years of working with literally thousands of leaders and teams, ranging from multinationals, charities, private companies and being a preferred supplier of leadership development in government organisations, we have created a repertoire of experience as to what creates engaged, happy and future facing workplace cultures. In the history of human beings, we have never been so evolved in our ability to organize, build and innovate. Our brains have never been so advanced and we have never had the resources we have at our very fingertips before to create whatever we would like. However, bringing people together for a vision in business is an incredibly complicated undertaking, especially for leaders.
