Where Is the Complaint Required to Be Filed Regarding Sexual Harassment at The Workplace?
As mentioned under the PoSH Act, the IC is accountable to look after sexual harassment at workplaces. The HR of the company directly cannot be addressed for this as there is a separate body to look after cases of sexual abuse. The IC of the concerned company has the authority to investigate the case.
