The main difference be-tween performing an act and performing the same act mindfully is your attitude, or your intention.Mindfulness is a choice that is available in any given moment. Any act can be performed mindfully, frombrushing your teeth or walking to playing baseball. In class, students set a goal for “taking mindfulnesswith them.”You are encouraged to explore this goal with your student and reinforce an attitude of mindfulness in avariety of activities.
