This state of the art location is called a ‘Go’ branch because it’s main purpose is to serve our members quickly through use of our three Interactive Teller Machines (ITM). An ITM is different from and ATM because you are able to speak and do business with a LIVE person. It looks a lot like an ATM but offers additional functionality including the ability to have a one-on-one conversation with your teller via a touch screen monitor. At the Neches Go ITMs, during standard business hours, you will have the ability to deposit cash or checks, make cash withdrawals, transfer money, pay a loan, or ask account questions.
