Job description: - Review executions, issue and post the daily invoices to inform the clients about the daily trades & Accounting department for settlement purposes. - Handle all error account on Company's Back Office System (BIMSi) and follow up of the implementation in EGX. - Handle all Corrections (Name &/or Custody) that might be caused by executers or traders. - Responsible for any related Corporate Actions:(Capital Increase, Over-Subscription, IPO, Stock Dividends, General &/or Extraordinary Assembly Meetings… etc) - Follow-up daily announcements. - Inform & provide Account Officers with the details of CA. - Capital Increase and/or Over-Subscription - Execute through Clients' Custodians, Bank Handling the subscription and MCDR for the Clients which are provided by the account officers. - Execute through EGX and MCDR for the Clients provided by the account officer. - Follow-up adding new shares to clients' portfolios on the system and blocking on MCDR. - Follow up Blocking securities for selling purposes - Responsible for DVP settlement of trades & Follow up of settlement with Accounting & Custodians & MCDR - Send daily invoices by using auto mail, auto fax & auto SMS, as well as Saving & Filing documentations for secured Archiving purposes. - Add & check Clients' Portfolios on system (Bimsi). - Make sure of Margin Client's Portfolio on System (Bimsi) - Block shares in MCDR. - Participate in the implementation process of the new Brokerage System. Job requirements: - Qualification: Bachelor degree in business administration, preferably finance or accounting, from an accredited institution. MBA/CFA is a distinct advantage. - Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a Financial Institution. - Job-Specific Skills: Knowledge of financial markets and its operational structure - Generic Skills: An understanding of the administrative details of trading 90
