This flagship 130,000 sq/ft property included a section of the Portlaoise Southern Orbital Route, which involved two major roundabouts and had to tie-in to existing roads, at both the Eastern and Western ends. The design of a 4m high retaining wall adjacent to a major watercourse was also required.
