(SEQUENCE MARKER) การเขียนอธิบายขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานตามเอกสาร คู่มือให้เป็นบทความสั้น ๆ จำเป็นต้องใช้ คำบอกลำดับขั้นตอนเชื่อมประโยค (sequence marker) ด้วย จึงจะทราบขั้นตอนลำดับก่อนหลัง ของการปฏิบัติงาน คำบอกลำดับขั้นตอนเหล่านี้คือ

AHOPWHOTTOOUCOSEPIER 1. SWITCH ON THE MACHINE. 2. PUT THE ORIGINAL PAPER ON TOP OF THE GLASS. 3. CLOSE THE LID OF THE PHOTOCOPIER. 4. SET NUMBER OF COPY YOU WANT. 5. PRESS THE START BUTTON AND LET THE MACHINE WORK. 6. WAIT UNTIL THE MACHINE FINISHES COPYING. 7. TAKE OUT THE COPIED PAPER FROM THE PAPER TRAY.

HOW TO USE A PHOTOCOPIER When you want to use a photocopier, first, switch on the machine. Second, put the original paper on top of the glass. Next, close the lid of the photocopier. Then, set number of copy you want. After that, press the START button and let the machine work. Following this, wait until the machine finishes copying. And finally, take out the copied paper from the paper tray.
