RadioVision Network Host and Show AgreementRADIOVISION NETWORK, LLC, is an internet-based radio station owned and operated by RADIOVISIONNETWORK, LLC. By signing this form you agree to RADIOVISION NETWORK, LLC’s regulations as identifiedbelow and indemnify RADIOVSIION NETWORK, LLC against problems arising from your non-compliance withthose regulations. 1. Upon payment of the Host fee ($200.00 covering the first and last month’s Studio Fee), each host will receive the following:  One (1) 30-minute internet radio/tv segment;  Links to all show content;  Three (3) sets of show banners;  Professional studio space;  One (1) audio commercial for the Host’s personal business to be aired two (2) times per week;  One (1) video commercial for the Host’s personal business (created at a 50% discounted price) to be aired one (1) time per week; If guest provides own, commercial will be aired two (2) times per week;  Social media blasts to promote the show before and after the Host’s scheduled segment;  One (1) business banner to represent the Host’s personal business;  Show inclusion in the quarterly newsletter;  One (1) Show page  One (1) Bio page;  One (1) calendar page for guest Information (Tockify);  For an additional fee of $50.00 per month, the Production Manager can schedule and book guests for the Host’s show. 2. As a Host on RadioVision Network LLC, you agree to make timely payments each month, on or before the 15th of each month, for the Studio Fee in the amount of $100.00. 3. As a Host on RadioVision Network LLC, you agree to do a total of fifty (50) thirty-minute shows in a year’s time frame. The fifty (50) shows will be broken down in the following manner:  A minimum of thirty-five (35) shows must be done live (In Studio, via Skype, phone);  A minimum of two (2) Events must be done (Expo, On-Location and fundraiser etc.);  A maximum of thirteen (13) pre-taped shows to be used for absence and scheduling conflicts.RadioVision/Agreements/Host and Show Agreement 9.14.2014

RadioVision Network 4. As a Host on RadioVision Network LLC, you have agreed to be responsible for a weekly segment that will air live on internet radio and live-stream. You are responsible for any and all material broadcast over the air including which guests will be on your show, the timeliness of your guests arrival, and any preparation needed prior to airing. 5. We ask that all guests be confirmed at least two (2) weeks prior to the show and entered into the calendar. If for some reason you cannot get a guest, you need to let the Program Director know immediately to discuss an alternative solution. 6. As a Host, you will be required to be at your show on a regular basis and be in the studio at least 15 minutes prior to air time. If you cannot make a show, please email the Program Director immediately. You recognize that if you have not secured permission for a long interruption in your show from the Programming Coordinator, you will forfeit your place on the schedule. 7. You agree to attend monthly station meetings at the studio and agree to assist in obtaining advertisers and sponsors for the station through word-of-mouth and by participating in after-hour VIP events. 8. You agree that the content of your broadcasts will not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or national origin. 9. While we encourage creativity and individuality in segments, the segment should not be used as an advertising spot for your product(s) and/or service(s). You can plug a book, CD, product or service, but please do not make it the central focus of the broadcast. 80/20 rule please. 10. All shows remain the property of RadioVision Network LLC, at will. You give permission to RadioVision Network LLC to broadcast and permanently archive segments for airing. RadioVision Network LLC has full rights to edit audio/video files for its airing, archiving, and marketing purposes. 11. Either party (the Host or RadioVision Network, L.L.C.) may terminate the Host Agreement for any reason with at least 45 days prior notice. This Agreement will renew ever year from the date below on the signature line. If Host terminates the Agreement with more than five (5) months remaining, Host will be responsible to pay an early termination fee of three (3) months fees. 12. While RadioVision Network. L.L.C. will try to accommodate Hosts, it reserves the right to manipulate segment schedules based on listeners and audience demand, as needed.RadioVision/Agreements/Host and Show Agreement 9.14.2014

RadioVision Network 13. RadioVision Network, L.L.C. current improvement plan:  RadioVision Network, L.L.C. will provide each host with a monthly data report showing the number of listeners to their individual show which will provide geographical information, the amount of listeners, how long those listeners were logged in, and the total amount of listeners to WTER as a whole for each day. This report will be provided at the end of the first week in each month for the previous month’s data. The first report will be generated and sent out in September 2014.  Each month RadioVision Network, L.L.C. will systematically send out a survey to find out what listeners liked, disliked, and would like to hear/see more of, and topics of interest.
