Continuous Glucose Monitoring System Device Description: The device is classified as IIa according to Rule 10 in Annex VIII of MDR (2017/745) and SFDA REQ-1. Active devices intended for diagnosis and monitoring are classified as class IIa. The Continuous Glucose Monitoring System is indicated for continuous monitoring of interstitial fluid glucose levels and detecting possible low and high glucose episodes. Interpretation of the CGM System results should be based on the glucose trends and several sequential readings. Some of the most common causes are: ا.: ﺑﻌﺾ اﻷﺳﺒﺎب اﻷﻛﺜﺮ ﺷﻴﻮ ًﻋﺎ ﻫﻲ.ﻷﺳﺒﺎب ﻋﺪﻳﺪة • Machines and tools • ﻣﺨﺎﻃﺮ اﻷﻻت و اﻻدوات • Fire ا• اﻟﺤﺮﻳﻖ • Chemicals • Vehicle-related mishaps ا• اﻟﻤﻮاد اﻟﻜﻴﻤﻴﺎﺋﻴﺔ • collision with forklifts etc.. • اﻟﺤﻮادث اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺮﻛﺒﺔ ا..• اﻹﺻﻄﺪام ﺑﺎﻟﺮاﻓﻌﺎت اﻟﺸﻮﻛﻴﺔ اﻟﺦ Gosi system defines in Article (27) work injury as ( ﺑﺄن إﺻﺎﺑﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ27) ﻋﺮف اﻟﻨﻈﺎم ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺎدة follows: ا:ﻛﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ A work injury is any accident that occurs to the contributor during work or that occurs to him as a ﺗﻌﺪ إﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻛﻞ ﺣﺎدث ﻳﻘﻊ ﻟﻠﻤﺸﺘﺮك أﺛﻨﺎء result of work. ا.اﻟﻌﻤﻞ أو ﻳﻘﻊ ﻟﻪ ﺑﺴﺒﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ Every accident that occurs to the contributor on his ﻛﻞ ﺣﺎدث ﻳﻘﻊ ﻟﻠﻤﺸﺘﺮك أﺛﻨﺎء ﻃﺮﻳﻘﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺤﻞ way from his place of residence to his place of work أو أﺛﻨﺎء ﻃﺮﻳﻘﻪ ﻣﻦ،ﺳﻜﻨﻪ إﻟﻰ ﻣﺤﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ وﺑﺎﻟﻌﻜﺲ and back, or on his way from his place of work to the ﻣﺤﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ إﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﻜﺎن اﻟﻤﻌﺘﺎد اﻟﺬي ﻳﺘﻨﺄول ﻓﻴﻪ usual place where he eats, or during his prayer and vice versa. ا. أو أﺛﻨﺎء ﺻﻼﺗﻪ وﺑﺎﻟﻌﻜﺲ، ﻃﻌﺎﻣﻪ Accidents that occur during the contributor’s move- اﻟﺤﻮادث اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺤﺪث أﺛﻨﺎء ﺗﻨﻘﻼت اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮك اﻟﺘﻲ mnts with the intention of performing a task assigned ﻳﻘﻮم ﺑﻬﺎ ﺑﻘﺼﺪ أداء ﻣﻬﻤﺔ ﻛﻠﻔﻪ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ to him by the employer. ا.اﻟﻌﻤﻞ Work injuries are considered diseases that are proven to be caused by work. ﺗﻌﺪ إﺻﺎﺑﺎت ﻋﻤﻞ اﻷﻣﺮاض اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺜﺒﺖ أن ﺳﺒﺒﻬﺎ ا.اﻟﻌﻤﻞ A work injury is considered an occupational disease specified in the Occupational Diseases Schedule. ﺗﻌﺪ إﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻤﻞ اﻷﻣﺮاض اﻟﻤﻬﻨﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺤﺪدة ﻓﻲ ا.ﺟﺪول اﻻﻣﺮاض اﻟﻤﻬﻨﻴﺔ In the event of a work injury, Health & Safety and Admin team must be informed in order to raise a work injury ﻳﺠﺐ إﺑﻼغ ﻓﺮﻳﻖ اﻟﺼﺤﺔ، ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ وﻗﻮع إﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻤﻞ request so that treatment can be initiated through Gosi. واﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ و اﻟﺸﺆون اﻻدارﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ رﻓﻊ ﻃﻠﺐ إﺻﺎﺑﺔ ا. اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺑﺪء اﻟﻌﻼج ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل JMS 21
