Topic 1: Language differences (the trends towards global cultural unity?)

\"Fruitcake\": a slang term that means crazy or a disrespectful term for the LGBTQ community, especially guy group Video By extension, I thought about how people with different languages in ancient times could develop into modern languages that can communicate with each other. In the law issued in the 196s BC, Egyptian hieroglyphs and Greek letters appeared together. I want to discuss whether culture is truly unified under the global trend of unification, or whether people can communicate barrier-free under the condition of different identities by making the final about language expression. In other words, is there an accurate translation between languages, which symbolize cultures?

Topic 2: Toxic products (safety, environmental issues, or morality?) lack of understanding of chemical composition the use of lead powder and radioactive substances to make cosmetics have been numerous in human history

However, even in contemporary society, the chemical harmfulness (for example, lead powder) have become widespread, people still use make- up products that contain toxic substances. Is it because there are huge profits to be made from producing these products that contain toxic substances? Or is it because consumers can’t resist the temptation of these items? [not only about human nature, but also implies why the current environmental problems caused by human beings are becoming more and more serious rather than getting solved after these problems are discovered] I want to explore why people cannot say no to the harmful things in today’s society by comparing the poisonous products used by people in the past with the products that are harmful to the environment used by people now.

Thank you for listening!
