INTRODUCTION Keep Body Hydrated:- Indeed, volleyball players need to drink plenty of water before, during, and after the play to keep the body hydrated. Usually, athletes must drink 2-3 liter water, but it varies according to temperature. And, water is needed to keep them to stay healthy and perform well throughout the game. However, volleyball is not a game to be stuck in one place; during the game, a player has to run from one place to another., that’s why water needed more. Get Enough Sleep:- It is vital to know how a night of good and sweet sleep helps volleyball players relax and prepare for the match. So, a player has tried to go to bed early before the night of the game. Make sure, get 7-8 hours of sleep.
