David GraceYour Leasing ConsultantDavid brings almost 30 years of extensive sales experience and a comprehensiveunderstanding of the sales process to Realmark Central. Needless to say, Davidis a huge asset to our business and to the fortunate people he works with, bothcolleagues and clients alike. Hailing from a farming background, David prides himself on his strong workethic and going that extra mile for his clients. When he’s not hard at work, he’sbusy focusing on his health and fitness and is an avid road cyclist. Through the years, David has worked with a number of Premium brands,including Audi and John Deere, and has represented these brands withdistinction while building robust and fruitful relationships with smallbusinesses, through to large corporations. CK HuismanYour Property Manager A highly talented, respected and experienced Property Manager, we approached CK with the hope she’d join us in a Senior Property Management position. Having worked and trained at some of Perth’s best property businesses, CK was a ready-made Property Manager, with a mandate for customer service. It’s fair to say, CK is a real estate professional who understands landlord’s needs, as well as the technical and legislative requirements of the role. The feedback from CK’s clients has been terrific and comments such as; “it’s great to have CK in our corner”, is common from owners in her portfolio. CK has worked as a property manager for over 5 years, has completed a Certificate IV in Property Services and really does loves her job. “Absolutely love It! I love a challenge and I love the property industry in general” CK says. With a pro-active attitude to challenges and a willingness to provide amazing customer service, along with a focus on building lasting relationships with her landlords, CK is a great asset for our team and her clients. “Having great relationships with my clients is critical. Julia HenderYour Assistant Property ManagerJulia has been immersed in real estate her whole life. Her father was a successful agent for manyyears and from a young age, Julia wanted to pursue a career in property. With encouragement andguidance and a lot of hard work, Julia is building her own, outstanding career and looks set to beone of the leaders in our Property Management division.Having progressed through the ranks in a prominent and well-run property business over a numberof years, we came across Julia almost by chance. We were instantly impressed by her understandingof Property Management systems and processes, but also the responsibilities and requirements ofthe parties involved when a property is under management.Although her experience and personality suggested Julia would be great fit for the team, we’ve beendelighted at the way Julia has both complimented our other Property Managers, but also drivenimprovement across her portfolio. Doug Shannon& Josh RobertsLeading Realmark Central Alongside Doug’s roles as General Manager and Licensee, and Josh’s roles as Sales Manager and Sales Agent are their respective responsibilities as Directors for the office. Both Doug and Josh help guide the office and develop the leadership group, ensuring the business continues on its current trajectory. They also look at growth and cultural opportunities across the office and teams. Outside of direction, leadership and growth responsibilities, Doug is tasked with developing and refining business systems, key projects, recruitment and structural improvements across the teams. Josh’s extensive understanding of real estate sales and high performance habits gives him a unique ability to lead, mentor and develop client-focussed team members. Josh is also heavily involved with our Performance Systems used across the teams. Collectively, the focus of Josh and Doug has given the office a connected environment, focussed on people development and resulting in great culture and client experiences as well as numerous awards. 7
