David GraceYour Leasing ConsultantDavid brings almost 30 years of extensive sales experience and a comprehensiveunderstanding of the sales process to Realmark Central. Needless to say, Davidis a huge asset to our business and to the fortunate people he works with, bothcolleagues and clients alike. Hailing from a farming background, David prides himself on his strong workethic and going that extra mile for his clients. When he’s not hard at work, he’sbusy focusing on his health and fitness and is an avid road cyclist. Through the years, David has worked with a number of Premium brands,including Audi and John Deere, and has represented these brands withdistinction while building robust and fruitful relationships with smallbusinesses, through to large corporations. Having studied Digital Media, David iscontinuously working on self-improvement and development both in and out ofthe workplace. His colleagues describe him as ‘a hard-working individual with a fantasticattitude’ and this is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to David. Heknows how to connect with people and is passionate about helping others toachieve positive outcomes; he is adept at bringing people together to achieve aresult that works for all. The high degree of skill David has mastered already while being with RealmarkCentral has resulted in strong back to back results and is a testament to his hardwork and determination to succeed both for himself and most importantly, forhis clients. Cassandra MasonYour Property ManagerCassandra heads up our Property Management Division and one of Western Australia’s premiere realestate practitioners.Commencing her career in 2000, Cassandra has seen and done virtually everything – good and bad – thatcan happen when managing property. With the help of this experience and genuine passion for theindustry, Cassandra worked her way to become a Senior Property Manager in several businesses.To her credit, Cassandra continued her technical and legislative training and worked as a Consultant forthe industry software giant Rockend (REST). She holds qualifications in Business Management, Trainingand Assessment and Design and Development (Training). During her time consulting Cassandra also became a trainer at REIWA, teaching new Property Managersand helping them enter the industry. Amazingly, Cassandra managed to juggle her consulting andlecturing work with a young family and this is when we met her.Cassandra worked as a Consultant for us for our first 2 years, but as the business grew, we felt herknowledge, experience and expertise were the right fit to take our PM business to the next level.Cassandra has since delivered everything we hoped for and continues to give exceptional service andvalue to her landlords. Andrew WoodYour Assistant Property ManagerPreviously working for the Department of Commerce as the Senior Residential Tenancy BondsOfficer, Andrew made the decision to move into residential real estate.A more challenging and diverse role within an exciting environment was Andrew’s main motivation,which he seems to have found after now 2 years into his Property Management career with thebusiness.“I love the variety and challenges that property management gives me. Doug Shannon& Josh RobertsLeading Realmark Central Alongside Doug’s roles as General Manager and Licensee, and Josh’s roles as Sales Manager and Sales Agent are their respective responsibilities as Directors for the office. Both Doug and Josh help guide the office and develop the leadership group, ensuring the business continues on its current trajectory. They also look at growth and cultural opportunities across the office and teams. Outside of direction, leadership and growth responsibilities, Doug is tasked with developing and refining business systems, key projects, recruitment and structural improvements across the teams. Josh’s extensive understanding of real estate sales and high performance habits gives him a unique ability to lead, mentor and develop client-focussed team members. Josh is also heavily involved with our Performance Systems used across the teams. Collectively, the focus of Josh and Doug has given the office a connected environment, focussed on people development and resulting in great culture and client experiences as well as numerous awards. 7
