ABOUT US RMIT Vietnam Student Council is the representative of all RMIT Vietnam students. By listening to students’ concerns, we aim to enhance their education experience, personal welfare and social life. VISION To be passionate, supportive and trustworthy companion of the students. RESULT 11 years of establishment with 50+ members each generation 30+ projects per year (150-1000 participants) Long-standing reputation of fulfilling RMIT students' experiences RMIT VIETNAM STUDENT COUNCIL 01

SIGNATURE EVENTS CLUBIVERSAL FEST 2022 Club Day is a semesterly event organize for RMIT students to gather and explore the Clubs and Societies. We aim to bring RMIT Students Clubs community closer to students, especially newbies. Collaborated with POPS and Laroche Posay 4 artists: Trúc Nhân, Juky San, KICM, Tranee 13 student clubs performances Attracted 4000 participants RMIT PRIDE WEEK RMIT Pride Week celebrates the contribution of the rainbow community while sharing a commitment to the inclusion of diverse genders, sexes & sexualities through Workshops, Exhibitions & Music Night activities. Collaborated with RMIT Wellbeing and Music Club 32+ Online Story Sharing 1 press release from Thanh Nien News Attracted 300+ participants RMIT VIETNAM STUDENT COUNCIL 02

SIGNATURE EVENTS INDIAN DAY Indian Day's main purpose was to celebrate the 50 years of diplomatic relationship between India and Vietnam. This also let RMIT discover more about Indian culture, collaborated with the consulate office of India HCMC & RMIT International Club. 10 engaging activities: Indian street food, Bollywood dance, Yoga class, Henna Tattoo, Cultural games, Indian Seminar Attracted 300+ participants TEACHER APPRECIATION Teacher Appreciation is an event held for RMIT students to express gratitude and respect for their lecturers. The project aimed to celebrate Vietnam Teachers' Day with the theme of \"Beyond lecturers, human after all\". 30+ Hidden Story Sharing Handmade gifts for 400+ RMIT lecturers Attracted 300+ participants RMIT VIETNAM STUDENT COUNCIL 03

MINH ANH'S ACHIEVEMENTS RMIT PRIDE WEEK Marketing - Program Lead: Pride Night show During her first semester as the External Relation Executive of SC Generation 11, Minh Anh has passionately contributed to the success Pride Week 2022. Pride Week is the University's annual event to raise awareness of issues and barriers to inclusion, create spaces of belonging, and share stories that connect us. HUMAN BOOKS Event Manager: Human Book sessions The project aims to raise awareness towards students with a wide range of health conditions and empower them, ensuring they are being heard and recognized by RMIT Vietnam community. This project also included an interactive workshop in cooperation with Wellbeing Equitable Learning Services and Library to promote inclusivity amongst the RMIT community. FACILITY ENHANCEMENT Program - External Relation Executive In collaboration with RMIT Wellbeing and Property, Facility Enhancement project proposes the implementation of a lift announcer in Academic Building 2 and a tactile path guide in RMIT SGS campus to create an inclusive environment for RMIT members, especially students with low vision. THANK YOU LETTER Dear Vo Nhan Minh Anh, As our remarkable journey together comes to a close, I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and extend my sincerest appreciation to you. Over the past year, we have overcome numerous issues, worked on challenging projects, and navigated uncharted territories together. As one of the most significant student organisations at RMIT, we live up to the high expectation and constant pressure carried on from the former generations legacy. Through it all, your unwavering passion, enthusiasm, and unceasing efforts not only strengthen our council as a whole but also create a profound impact on the experience of our students. Each member of the Student Council has contributed distinctive views, abilities, and capabilities to the table, enriching our collaborative work and enabling us to achieve incredible results. Together, we have organised successful events, initiated impactful campaigns, and advocated for positive change within our university community. The time spending with you have undoubtedly left an indelible mark on our legacy that will continue to shape the future of our organisation. Beyond our outstanding accomplishments, the professional, engaging, and receptive environment we have developed through our shared goals have created a strong sense of caring and support. Our “New Generation of rising stars” has been fulfilling and enjoyable with the collective spirit of teamwork and your unfailing faith in one another. Our monumental flight has finally arrived. I want to deliver my best wishes to each and every one of you as we begin to explore our individual paths and venture into new endeavours. May your futures be filled with endless opportunities, personal growth, and astonishing achievements. I have no doubt that the knowledge, skills and experiences you gained during the time in the Student Council will serve as a solid foundation for your continued success in your future career.
