It is a basic skill that need to be learn by all of students as they will need to apply this skill when they are searching for an information for their assignments. This skills is really important as it will provide the students with the knowledge on how to effectively search for an information. It is a skills where it enable a students to search for an information in a short time but at the same time the information is from a verifiable and trusted source. It is important for a student to gain a trusted sources so that the verifiable of the information gain will not be disputed and questioned as the source of the information cannot be trusted or verified. It is important to have a trusted source because today, there is a lot of information provided from various of sources either from a printed sources such as books, newspaper, and journal or internet sources. Today, all people are able to express their opinion on internet by either creating a websites or share it on any website that existed. It is really easy to get and share an information nowdays, but it is hard to tell whether the information can be trusted or not. With the challenges of information explosion today, this skills is not just important for the students but also to the society. The benefits of Fact Finding skills is crucial for today society as it will enable them to get an information from a trusted source and also enable them to avoid from fake or misinformation. 54 | P a g e
