WEEK -1 1st and 2nd Day • Divide the class in two groups (20 of each). • Each teacher will take one group. • Meeting with the students along with their parents. Introduction of Principal, H. USEFUL INF FOR PARENTS Send your child with positive attitude, rather pamper your child. Send them in neat and clean prescribed KVS school uniform with polished shoes, handkerchief and one piece of napkin in their bag. Wearing vest and underwear is a must. Proper toilet training by the parents should be done. Send your child with proper haircut and trimmed nails. Diary and I- card must be sent daily. Check your ward’s diary daily. Do not send children if they are sick. Parents have to be present at the first call of the teacher or talk over phone whenever required. Send the required materials the very next day. Send/submit the leave application immediately after joining. Parents are requested to send the following materials with their wards daily if the conditions will be normal. 1. Drawing sheets, crayon colours. 2. Pencil box with two pencils, eraser, a sharpener and a plastic scale. 3. Light tiffin and water bottle. 4. Soap paper. Parents are requested to write their child’s name and class on all their belongings. House uniform a.) Subhash house – Red colour
b.) Tagore house – green colour c.) Ambedkar house – blue colour d.) Lakshmi bai house – Yellow colour (Note – House will be provided to each student after the admission.) House uniform to be worn on Wednesday and Saturday. Fees should be paid for all four quarter i.e. in the month of April to June, July to September, October to December and January to March. Purchase and cover the books and notebooks accordingly as prescribed in the booklist. Saturdays are fun days. Every last working day of the month will be a half working day. Parents will take responsibility to guide their child wholeheartedly through the session. Students will do all the activities in the presence and guidance of the parents. 3rd and 4th DAY teachers Interchanging of the groups among the two 5th and 6th DAY • Small group of (5 students in each group) are formed by the teachers. WEEK 2 • Small group of five students will continue. • Each class will be of 20 to 30 minutes. • Recall and review pre- school knowledge from individual students. • Engage them with small, brief joyful acts including TRP activities.
WEEK - 3 Working with the small groups Interchange the group and continue similar short session strengthening the interaction process. TEACHE-R1 TEACHE-R2
WEEK-4 Small groups will be merged into larger group of 20 students and it will continue for few months. • Each teacher to initiate large group interaction with one group. • Recall and re- view pre- school activities including rhymes, songs, and storytelling. • Introduce the Do’s and don’t to the students.

Initiation of Curricular Transaction - II WEEK -6 • Virtual Tour Of The Vidyalaya (Video or PPT ) Morning Assembly and Vidyalaya Prayer. • Vidyalaya Building including class room. • Children’s park, resource room and Music room. • Introduction of Principal, VP and HM preferably in live class.
