Are you fully conversant with rules, schemes, process and circulars? Please narrate ways to improve process and turnaround time. (TAT) (Minimum 5) Although I am fully conversant with Rules , Schemes, Process and Circulars which are related to my day to day work , My suggestions for improve is we can give better service to customers and solve their problems by mitigating network issues which are faced many times. Also we can update our Net banking Facility and make it user friendly so that Customers can use it without any hassle. We can also upgrade our mobile banking facility app by adding more features like generating yearly statement along with monthly statement . 3. Have you faced any problems or difficulties during on the job training or were not able to get exposure of certain work /dept. NO, at present I haven't any problem, I enjoyed my duty but There were lot of challenges initially that were faced by me as I had no prior experience of banking industry before joining this bank. But eventually I overcome it with support and guidance of senior staff members. 4. Suggest us how your training can be further improved for overall development?(Minimum 5) I suggest to provide induction training at HO along with practical knowledge of our products. And we have to need develop a replica software of finnacle for Training purpose. And we may use an interactive audio visual modules for Training. Also We can recommend for a project submission on various topics to all new joining Staff Members to get a fair idea of our banking products.

What initiatives you have taken in bringing business for bank especially services like CASA/ Debit card/Mobile banking /Stamp Franking/ Demat accounts/Locker allotments/loan/recurring etc Narrate noticeable achievements. (Minimum 5) By focus on our Payment Gateway we can engage more business firm and it will be more effective way to acquire new business from them and through this mode we may implement FASTAG business easily. By doing more customers awareness initiatives we can aware them regarding various facilities and products using social media like Facebook Market Place, Instagram Business Profile page, Whatspp Business tap to respond facility etc. We also need to give Advertisement in News paper and digital marketing of our products and provide door to door step services. 8. What you have learned so far pertaining to Advances Dept. / Marketing aspects etc.? I have worked on Retail loan like Car loan, Housing loan and also have working on Personal loan, Education loan, loan against FD and FDOD Loans. I am learning many other advances products to gain my knowledge. Other Suggestion if any: yes I have one suggestion for our HR department because our HR department is very active in nature so I suggest that we have use social media for staff members group and our all the activities share in this group like facebook's workplace.
