I chose the theory of Super's theory of career development because I felt like it was the best theory that was suited to my career development. It was bestowed by scholars.lib website that Super's theory of career development states that the life stages of growth and exploration are inherent to the process of acquiring knowledge of how one's interests and abilities align with the requirements of occupations.
