editor's note Chief Editor’s Note Innocent Guvakuva, 38 is the current Vice President of the Association of Mine Managers Zimbabwe (AMMZ). He is a mining engineer with over 16 years’ experience with several blue-chip companies including Anglo American BNC Trojan Mine, Impala Mimosa Mine, Rio Tinto Murowa Diamonds. He is currently the Head of Mining at ZCDC. He holds a BSc in Mining Engineering and an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe.
