Memory faults can easily cause blue screen errors, so see if your RAM is error free. - Load the default BIOS values where the resource conflicts and timing issues can be caused by incorrect BIOS settings. 4. If you boot up, and the computer cannot find the C: drive, you might have a bad hard drive: - Swap hard drives with another computer to diagnose the problem. - Check the hard drives cable whether is connect or not. - Check for the power cables which connect to the hard drive. - Check for the jumper in hard drive whether is in master or slave. 5. Error Messages on Start Up: - Place the Windows 7 installation disk into the optical disk drive.
