The sun, the moon, and all the objects, shining in the night sky are known as the Celestial Bodies. This includes every natural object that is located outside the Earth's atmosphere, such as the Moon, the Sun, an asteroid, planet, or star. Students were asked to draw the picture of sun ,moon, and stars and to write three sentences to describe about them. This activity helped them to improve their creativity, writing skill, independent learning and to know more about sun ,moon and stars.
Students of grade 1 has discussed and learned about calendar. They already knew about the days of the week and months of the year. This week they learnt how it is use- ful in their life. They have also learned the number of days in each month and then they learnt about the leap year.
A story map is a strategy that uses a graph- ic organizer to help students learn the ele- ments of a book or story. By identifying sto- ry characters, plot, setting, problem and solution, students read carefully to learn the details. There are many different types of story map graphic organizers. The most basic focus on the begin- ning, the middle and end of the story. More advanced organizers focus more on plot or character traits. They improve students' comprehension. This provides students with a framework for identifying the ele- ments of a story. They help students of var- ying abilities organize information and ide- as efficiently.

Learning music improves knowledge. Students learn the basic songs in keyboard including the differ- ent keys. They also understand the po- sition of wrist and the proper finger- ing. Students will learn to play the basic songs like “Mary had a little lamb” and “Twinkle Twinkle”.
Students were learning differ- ent maatraa names in Hindi. Students drew the pictures of UAE flag and camel in the notebook and coloured it. They also learnt name in Hindi by writing the word. Students enjoyed this activity by drawing and colouring. This activity helps them to gain self confidence and enrich their Hindi vocabulary .
Paper collage is a technique of an art production where the art- work is created by assembling different forms and shapes us- ing paper. These forms and shapes eventually create a whole im- age. Grade one students are creating different paper col- lage.
