5 กรอบที่ 1 คำนำม (Nouns) คำนำม หรือ Nouns หมำยถึง คำที่ใชเ้ รียกชื่อคน ช่ือสตั ว์ ช่ือสิ่งของและ ชื่ออื่น ๆ ช่ือคน เช่น boy, man, girl, Suda, Mana, mother, father, woman etc. ช่ือสัตว์ เช่น dog, cat, rat, hen, buffalo, lion, snake, elephant etc. ชื่อสิ่งของและอนื่ ๆ เช่น pen, pan, temple, shirt, chair, hair, milk, egg, house, table, road, water, salt, sand, school etc. www.kroobannok.com

6 กรอบที่ 2 ประเภทของคำนำม www.kroobannok.com คำนำม (Nouns) แบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ คำนำมนบั ได้ (Countable nouns) และคำนำมนบั ไม่ได้ (Uncountable nouns) เช่น ตวั อยำ่ งในตำรำง ต่อไปน้ี Countable nouns Uncountable nouns boy, buffalo, pen, milk, meat, water, man, book, fan, oil, paper, pepper, mango, tiger, can, chalk, honey, soup, doll, door, hospital, salt, soap, cheese, table, school, farmer, cake, bread, jam, woman, teacher, student blood, ice-cream, ice etc. etc.

7 กรอบท่ี 3 Countable nouns www.kroobannok.com Countable nouns หมำยถึง คำนำมที่นบั ได้ สำมำรถบอกจำนวนได้ เช่น คำนำมท่ีนบั ได้ จำนวน/ควำมหมำย glass a glass = แกว้ 1 ใบ boy two boys = เดก็ ผชู้ ำย 2 คน hen three hens = ไก่ 3 ตวั chair four chairs = เกำ้ อ้ี 4 ตวั mango five mangoes = มะม่วง 5 ผล student six students = นกั เรียน 6 คน ruler seven rulers = ไมบ้ รรทดั 7 อนั car eight cars = รถยนต์ 8 คนั house two houses = บำ้ น 2 หลงั basket three baskets = ตะกร้ำ 3ใบ sister four sisters = พี่สำว/นอ้ งสำว 4 คน dog ten dogs = สุนขั 10 ตวั skirt two skirts = กระโปรง 2 ตวั plate three plates = จำน 3 ใบ etc.

8 กรอบที่ 4 Uncountable nouns www.kroobannok.com Uncountable nouns หมำยถึง คำนำมท่ีนบั ไมไ่ ด้ ไม่สำมำรถบอกจำนวนได้ เพรำะเป็นของเหลว เป็นฝ่ นุ เป็นผง เป็นชิ้นเลก็ ๆ เช่น rice, water, ice, cake เป็ นตน้ คำนำมนับไม่ได้ เมื่อบรรจุใส่ภำชนะจะทำใหน้ บั ได้ ดงั ตวั อยำ่ งในตำรำงต่อไปน้ี คำนำมนบั ไม่ได้ ภำชนะท่ีบรรจุ/ควำมหมำย cake a piece of cake = เคก้ 1 ชิ้น chalk a piece of chalk = ชอลก์ 1 แท่ง coke a can of coke = โคก้ 1 กระป๋ อง soup a bowl of soup = ซุป 1 ถว้ ย soap a bar of soap = สบู่ l กอ้ น sugar a kilo/bag of sugar = น้ำตำล 1 กิโล/ถุง bread a loaf of bread = ขนมปัง 1 แถว meat a kilo of meat = เน้ือ 1 กิโล salt a bag of salt = เกลือ 1 ถุง rice a plate of rice = ขำ้ ว 1จำน water a glass of water = น้ำ 1 แกว้ etc.
