Our aim should be to take the child outside the four walls of the classroom. Teaching has to be extended and correlated with the outside world and the teachers should play the role of a facilitator.

Registration The registration of all the resource persons and the participants was done at Vidyalaya from 8:40 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Inaugural  The inaugural ceremony was started with lighting of lamp by Dr. Gaya Ravidas, Principal K.V. Sukna, Siliguri Cluster I/C, along with the principals from other schools.  All the respected Principals, Principal I/Cs were heartily welcomed with ‘Khada’ by the K.V. NHPC Rambi students.  The meeting was started by Mr. Gurdeep Kumar, PRT, K.V. NHPC Rambi with due permission of Siliguri Cluster I/C Dr. Gaya Ravidas, Principal K.V. Sukna.

Welcome  Ms. Nipa Pramanik (PRT Music), K.V. NHPC Rambi along with the students mesmerized all the participants with their profound welcome song.  Mr. Surendra Kumar Singh, Principal I/C, K.V. NHPC Rambi cordially welcomed all the dignitaries and addressed the participants.  Dr. Gaya Ravidas, Principal K.V. Sukna, Siliguri Cluster I/C welcomed and addressed the members of the meeting.  A brief report of CMP activities (4th Quarter CMP) which were conducted during the year 2021- 2022 was presented by Dr. Gaya Ravidas, Principal K.V. Sukna, Siliguri Cluster I/C.

Suggestion Dr. Gaya Ravidas, Principal K.V. Sukna, Siliguri Cluster I/C has emphasised for the appointment of contractual teachers at vacant posts. As per discussions of all the principals and the participamts, the next venue for the CMP meeting was decided as K.V. Sevoke Road.

Conclusion The meeting was concluded by Mr. Upendra Kumar, TGT(AE), K.V. NHPC Rambi, by expressing his gratitude and proposing vote of thanks to all the resource persons, Principals, Principal I/Cs, HM/Seniort-most PRTs and PRTs of eleven KVs of Siliguri Cluster, staff and sub-staff members of the Vidyalaya for making the meeting a successful event and everyone departed with a promising note and hope to implement CMP for imparting the quality education.
