COAX SOLUTIONS Coax is a shared bandwidth technology, has abundant availability and is a good choice for more price-conscience businesses. We have two main coax activities as Engineering for upgrade of network and revision works . We have been providing these services for Vadafone-Ziggo (Netherlands) and Telenet (Belgium) partners for years.
VODAFONE-ZIGGO (NETHERLANDS) Required Softwares : ORCA,PNI,STELMO,WOW PORTAAL,STANTEC Engineering for upgrade of network Kaaphorn 1218 MHz Engineering Concept: We do the redesign / signal calculation and engineering by converting all parts of the network system from 862 MHz to 1218 Mhz. Work come from customers by specifying the Wijk (Node) numbers and we engineer all devices connected to these Nodes up to the subscribers according to the new concept. We also consider about budget to provide maximum benefit with minimum cost.
REVISION ACTIVITIES Kaaphorn Complete Revisions: Site teams goes site to execute design that we completed at engineering phase. When site conditions different than engineering document, we receive feedback from site and update new design . Asbuilt of documents completed with transponder codes, current cable meters, connection verifications of all parts used in the network system.
Cable Damage (KABELSCHADE) After receiving the address and technical address (ring number) data of the defective cables, we detect the defective cable in the system and report it to our customer. These cables may be for subscribers as well as cables that feed another part. ORCA & PNI work together. Similarly, these drawings are made by connecting to Vodafone-Ziggo's own servers via remote desktop connection. Revision engineering of subscription It has six disciplines as MTC, Na-aanleg , Has map, AOP verplaatsing , Kast verplaatsing , Sloop . New connection for homes or public locations (school, hospital, nursing home, etc.) ,Replacing location of the existing connection and temporary connections are made for destroyed houses. Each discipline has different rules and drawings are made in accordance with these rules. Within Stantec program, reporting is carried out. We obtain licenses and permits by calling the municipalities ourselves. It is a project that works with remote desktop discipline Big Nodes District Split It is an engineering project for dividing or adding new Nodes for extra subscribers. It is the process of replacing the devices inside the Node and making the necessary engineering of the Fiber cables coming to the Node. After this process is completed, the new Node is redefined to all the devices connected to the region. This project uses the PNI program.
TELENET (BELGIUM) Required Softwares: Microstation Powerdraft V8, Smartwork, Geopunt, MicroStation, ClarifyCRM Engineering for Upgrade of Network XXL: Existing TV, Internet and telephone infrastructures are upgraded from 600 MHz to 1000 MHz. While converting to 1000mhz, the signal ranges are regulated by following the rules determined by Telenet company. After the design process is completed, necessary control steps are applied (quality control, validation, Synoptisch schema) and the file is completed. It is also aimed to provide the best quality at the lowest cost.

When site conditions different than engineering document, we receive feedback from site and update new design Site Failures (NAZORG KAW) In case of malfunction in various areas, the fault is rectified by the Telenet team. An as built plan is prepared according to given file number of the operations performed by the technician. The information (photo or mail) linked to the as built plan and uploaded to the Smart program Digital Signalling Aftercare (NAZORG TEKENEN DIGITAAL) In case of ‘tap’, st versterker ’and‘ signal ’changes or cable changes applied to the objects in the field, a pdf file is created and uploaded to the system in accordance with the information provided by the technician. These plans are created by us and the operations performed one by one to the simulation of Tv kaart of the municipality. If any error is detected such as signal value deteriorates ,information is given to the technician to return to the field.
Revision Rngineering for New Subscription (Ontwerp-Cat-1) According to the data in the business plan, a subscription link is made for a new customer in a region (new housing / workplace may have been built). If there is a tap available at that location to make the connection, then tap upgrade is performed. If there is no tap da in the location of the customer, a new tap is added according to existing plan. To prevent other subscribers on that line being ,all values are checked and corrected if necessary. Site Permissions (Vergunningen) A license is required to carry out excavations in accordance with the rules set by each municipality in Belgium Excavation Risk Control (Risico Kader) We are checking to see if there are pipelines belonging to other companies in the place where we will make transactions. Underground lines that may pose a hazard during excavation are taken into account and indicated. At the same time, it is checked whether there is another company's excavation process and if so, the processes are started at the same time
FIBER SOLUTIONS Required Softwares GEOSTRUCT, COCON, CYCLOMEDIA, AUTOCAD, BAG VİEWER,WATERSHAP Phone companies, cities, utilities and commercial service providers are now realizing the ultimate choice for upgrading the subscriber connection is fiber to the premises or home. FTTx(Fiber To The X) All possible optical fiber topologies from a telecom or cable carrier to its customers, based on the location of the fiber's termination point. We do fiber distribution design work in many regions of the Netherlands. We provide fiber connection to each subscriber in both city center and suburban areas. While performing this process, we try to produce the best solution in the most appropriate way to the current geographical conditions. We follow certain process steps while performing this design. The process steps are as follows; 1) Road excavation planning. 2) Garden (private property) excavations 3) Determination of distribution areas 4) Connections of main distribution and intermediate distribution panels 5) Pipe capacity calculation 6) Blowing Cable We have been providing these services for Kabelnoord (Netherlands) , KPN (Netherlands) ,CAIW (Netherlands) partners
1-ROAD EXCAVATION PLANNIG This is first step for fiber planning. The excavation routes determined in this process directly affect the pipe and cable distances to be used in the following steps. Site condition controlled via Street view applications and trenches are designed at cad applications or Geostruct .
2-GARDEN PRIVATE PROPERTY EXCAVATIONS It is the excavation process from the predetermined excavation roads to the private ownership of the subscribers. 3-DETERMINATION OF DISTRIBUTION AREAS The engineering part of the fiber design begins with the CLUSTER process. Number of subscribers in our current area is 42-44 (total number of subscribers varies according to customer request and building type). We get into clusters. The reason is to determine the distribution boards (EVP-DP) belonging to each group . It is required the subscribers to be close to each other as much as possible.
4-MAIN DISTRIBUTION AND INTERMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION PANELS CONNECTIONS We add a distribution board to the cluster we created. Fiber from POP goes through distribution points and then from distribution points to subscriber connection completed. The location of the distribution boards is preferable to be in the middle of the cluster because both the distribution quality and the pipe and cable length to be used must be considered. 5-PIPE CAPACITY CALCULATION In this process step, pipe laying process is made over the existing excavation road. The pipe is laid according to the available capacity on the road from POP to the last EVP. It is the most important step of the engineering part. Fiber pipe distribution is not available to all subscribers if the pipe diameter is determined below the available capacity.

7-PREPARATION OF CONSTRUCTION PRINTS This process aim is make export all drawings to pdf for technician.These drawings goes directly field therefore it has to be understanding.All ducts (incluede city ring ) must be shown on these exports.
7-UPLOAD A DRAWING FROM GEOS TO COCON This process is last step of ftth design.Technicians use cocon and this application helpful for future connections.Thanks to it they will know where they have fiber cables and which positions available to using for future.Therefore all drawings must be added cocon.
