Boot Washer Balfab Engineering’s Stainless Steel Boot Washer is available in single or multi sta- tions. All our Boot Washers come in fully welded 304 or 316 Stainless Steel. Our manual Boot Washer comes with a high-density nylon brush for scrubbing the soles of shoes and boots and includes a convenient water fed handheld boot brush that enables you to clean the top and sides of your boots and shoes removing any mud or dirt there- fore avoiding contamination and keeping your hygienic standards high. Our manual boot washer can be used for all types of footwear worn in production areas and is often used on entry and exit to prevent employees from walking debris into changing rooms, corridors, and production areas. Netman/Netting Range Introducing the Balfab Netman Range of whole muscle forming equipment. Ergonomically designed, our ancillary suite of netting systems is both user friendly and ultra-efficient (featuring our rapid net loading and interchangeable chute technology). The product suite encompasses compact bench top units to larger throughput twin chute industrial systems. The Netman formers accommodate a wide variety of chute sizes (inclusive of customised designs) which provide for maximum flexibility and versatility. Moreover, our interchangeable chutes cater for a wide variety of casings/netting formats. Chute design and loading protocols ensures consistent netting and minimal distortion of the final product. Netman Systems are fabricated in either 304 or 316 Stainless Steel for the ultimate in cleanliness and requires little or no maintenance due to their robust design. The Netman Range optimises production through increased throughput and improved operation- al performance (e.g., rapid chute reloading/changeover and straightforward product loading). The now legendary double tube design accommodates approx. 100m of std netting per chute. For every 1,000m of net used, these units save >30 tube changes over traditional netting systems. All our equipment range is supplied with a 12-month warranty as standard. Safety Eq STAINLESS STEEL SAFETY BOLLARDS All our Stainless Steel Safety Bollards are manufactured to the highest standards ensuring super smooth edge to minimize snagging and scratching. Designed in the choice of 304 or 316 grade Stainless Steel, these Safety Bollards are extremely strong and durable. The Safety Bollards are made in such a way to ensure that they are secure when in place. Each Bollard come with a safety ground lid to seal the hole when the Bollard is removed. Our newly designed Bollards are manufactured to last in harsh environments and are hygienically to eliminate any dirt traps. They are suitable for both internal and external environments. The Bollards are available in a variety of sizes depending on your requirements. STAINLESS STEEL BUMPER RAIL Stainless Steel Bump Rails are used to add protection to wall kerbing, buildings, machinery, or vulnerable fixtures. The Stainless Steel Bump Rails are suitable for hygienic environments as it is manufactured from 304 or 316 Stainless Steel. Low-Level Bump Rail is often sufficient, however for areas where trolleys, mobile racking and other vehicles are manoeuvring, High-Level Bump Rails are usually recommended.
