About the Accreditors Dr. Roland M. Valencia is an Associate Professor at the Rizal Technological University, Brgy. Malamig, Mandaluyong City. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Technology and a Ph.D. in Technology Education. He is currently a member of the Technical Working Group for Infrastructure of the Bids and Awards Committee, an Electrical Engineering Guidance Advocate and the Electrical Engineering Extension Focal Person of the university. His other achievements and previous designations includes the Head of the Electrical Engineering and Technology Department, Head of the Laboratory for Electrical Engineering and Technology Department, Vice-Chairman of the Bids and Awards Committee for Infrastructure and Extension Coordinator of the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology. Dr. Nancy F. Galban is an Associate Professor and College Librarian IV of the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, in La Union. She holds a Master of Arts in Education with specialization in Library & Information Science, a Master in Development Administration, and a Ph.D. in Educational Administration. Her professional experience includes being an AACCUP National Accreditor since 1999, an RQAT Evaluator for CHED-RO1 since 2007, Regional Associate Officer of PLAI-IRLC since 2002, an Internal Quality Auditor of DMMMSU since 2021 and a Graduate School Professor from 2018 to 2021 at the Saint Louis College. 5|Page
