National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme:  Within 10 months of its launch, more than 6.4 lakh apprentices and 32,281 establishments have been registered under NAPS. Pillar 3: Public Internet Access Programme  3,00,774 Common Services Centres (CSCs) have been registered across the country, among which, 1,96,922 are at Gram Panchayats(GP) level. Pillar 5: eKranti- Electronic delivery of services (Target to cover all MMPs’departments)  3438 e-services are being provided through 44 Mission Mode Projects (MMPs) under e-Kranti. More than 1221.68 crore e- transactions with an average of 101.80 crore transaction per month were done during Financial Year of 2016-17. Pillar 6: Information for All MyGov Platform: 45 Ministries are engaged actively on MyGov platform, reaching out to the citizens through the fundamental

concepts of Do, Discuss and Disseminate. Presently, 45.28 lakh users are registered with MyGov, participating in various activities hosted on MyGov platform. MyGov activities are structured under 61 groups consisting of 660 tasks, 728 discussions, 238 Polls/Surveys and 148 talks. Government Data platform: The portal is intended to be used by Government of India Ministries/Departments their organizations to publish datasets, documents, services, tools and applications collected by them for public use. Over 1,06,372 resources under 4189 catalogs have been published by 105 Ministries/Departments (81 Central and 24 states). Pillar7 : Electronics Manufacturing Target NET ZERO Imports  As on 4th August, 2017, 292 Investment proposals under Modified Specific Incentive Programmes (MSIPs) having a proposed investment of Rs. 1.64 lakh crore have been so far received. 106 proposals with proposed investments of Rs. 21,392 crore have been approved.  As on 20 July, 2017 under Electronics Manufacturing Clusters (EMC), 15 applications for setting up of Electronics Manufacturing with project cost of Rs. 1847 crore in twelve states has been approved. These EMCs are poised to attract an investment of Rs. 33340 crore and have the potential to generate 1.80 lakh employment opportunities. The grant of Rs. 102 crore has been released 6 EMCs.  About 70 mobile handset and component manufacturing factories have been set up in last 2 years.  Mobile handset production has trebled form about 6 Crore units in 2014-15 to 17.5 crore units in 2016-17.  Over four times growth of mobile handset production in value

terms from about Rs. 19,000 Crore to Rs. 90,000 crore for the same period. Hospitals on- boarded increased from 32 in 2015-16 to 106 (July 2017) respectively  Under e-Hospital the Appointments booked increased from 12,47,313 in 2015-16 to 88,59,270 (July 2017) respectively. The selected applicants based on the recommendation of the Inter-ministerial group would be considered by the SSC in the final round.  Scaling up support to Established Incubation Centres: 6 out of the 17 top applicants have been selected for receiving grant. Detailed MoA is being worked out for the scale up support to EICs.  Atal Grand Challenges: Appropriate areas for conducting the Grand Challenges to enable efficient, scalable, cost-effective, world-class solutions to India’s challenges are currently being evaluated. ****
