We make sure that we are better at matching up candidates to clients ensuring that the timeframe is kept to a minimum, as the longer the recruitment process the more of a detrimental impact it has on your organisation as whole.• Our aim is to build a long term business relationship with all of our clients. We do this by maintaining regular contact to ensure we’re up to speed with all the developments that take place in your organisation.• We like to meet as many of our clients as we can to: i. Discuss your recruitment needs. ii. Help formulate clear and detailed job specifications. iii. Advise on the best approach, each time we recruit for you.• Candidates often receive poor treatment at the hands of recruiters. We have a simple philosophy which is to treat candidates and clients how we’d like to be treated ourselves. In turn we will meet with every candidate we submit to you to assess suitability. • Specialist, niche knowledge of HR, L&D/Training and Office Administration roles across the private, public and third sector.• Collectively we have over 14 years experience working directly in HR, L&D/Training and Office Administration roles in a variety of industries.• When you request for us to help you with filling a role, you can ensure the following: i. The dedicated consultant will be your main point of contact. ii. They will keep you regularly updated. iii. They will have specialist, first-hand experience with regards to the role and the industry that your organisation works in. iv. They will carry out thorough checks on the candidates they send to you.• We know from direct experience how frustrating it can be to have a candidates who are or have been poorly matched to the roles you are recruiting for. To minimise the risk of this, we offer a trial period (permanent roles only) where the potential candidate would work in the role you are advertising for. This would be at no extra cost as this is inclusive of our fee. However if the candidate was not able to start in the position (excluding suitability of the candidate and the candidate not accepting the role) we would charge a £250 one off charge*. However this is refunded back to you if you were to hire a temp from us.• We offer a flat fee of 20% which applies to every role. However the more roles we recruit for you, the more of a discount you will receive. 1. First, we’ll either meet with you or speak on the phone to you to find our your specific requirements with regards to therole you need to recruit for. This may, with your permission, also include speaking to the current job holder to not only getan idea about the day to day duties of the role but it will give us an idea as to the personality qualities required for yourorganisation.2. Then we select candidates for you. Before we send them to you for an interview, we do a pre-screening interview withevery candidate based on the information we have about the role. We want you to fill confident that the candidates we sendto you are prepared and not wasting your valuable time.3. If you feel a candidate has potential, we offer a service where the potential candidate would complete a three day trial*(this can be extended but at an extra cost).4. The benefits of this are: A) This could be a handover period so that if the candidate successfully completes the trial, they can hit the ground running on the first day. B) You get to see first-hand before committing whether the candidate is a perfect match to not only the role but your organisation. C) This is a benefit we do not charge extra for as we feel the best way that you will see if the candidate is a match to the role and organisation is through the candidate actually working with you. This is inclusive in our fee if the candidate is selected. However if the candidate was not able to start in the position (excluding suitability of the candidate and the candidate not accepting the role), we would charge a one off fee of £250* (based on working a three day week) which would be refunded back to you if you were to hire a temp from us.5. Once we have placed a candidate with you, we will keep in regular contact to ask for your feedback and to ensure that theend result has been achieved. 6. We offer a free replacement and a 12 week rebate period. *Only applies to permanent positions.
