Description: Ketotifen belongs to the group of cycloheptothiophenones and has a pronounced antihistamine effect. It is a non-bronchodilating anti-asthma drug. Its mechanism of action is associated with inhibition of the release of histamine and other mediators of mastatsitam, with blocking of histamine H1 receptors and inhibition of the phosphodiesterase enzyme, resulting in an increase in the level of cyclic adenosine monophosphate in mast cells. Suppresses the effects of TAF (platelet-activating factor). When used alone, it does not stop attacks of bronchial asthma, but prevents their occurrence and reduces their duration and intensity, while in some cases they completely disappear.

Spasmalgon 20 tablets Symptomatic treatment of mild and moderate pain with cramps smooth muscles of internal organs,Renal colic and inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract, which run across pain and disorders,Spasms of the stomach and intestines, liver colic, biliary dyskinesia, Spastic dysmenorrhea.Hypersensitivity to metamizol to pyrazolone derivatives and / or any component of the drug. Gastro-intestinal obstruction and megacolon; atony or gall bladder; Severe renal impairment and liver.Spazmalgon is used inside tablets after meals with water. Recommended daily dose for adults and children aged 15 years – 1-2 tablets a day; The maximum daily dose – 2 tablets.Duration of Spazmalgon treatment is less than 3 days. Spasmalgon 20 tablets
