MATERIALS + FINISHES The Loft System is defined by the use of solid materials and the hand-applied patinas that highlight the machined character of each component. The Loft’s solid brass machined fittings and companion posts are available in a selection of finishes that combine polished highlights with modeled nuance adding to the richness of the design. All of the wood used in the Loft units is milled in-house from raw lumber. Like our metal finishes, each of our standard wood finishes employs an actual patina process to highlight the refined but natural character of the raw materials. The images below show our standard options to help you decide on your favorites… but be patient, we are giving you some tough choices. Still too tough, just give us a call; we are always up to work on developing special finishes for special projects.Champagne on Champagne Bleached OakBuffed Brass on Buffed Brass Silvered WalnutOxidized Bronze on Blackened Steel Oxidized Oak amuneal | PRODUCTS 61

OUR PROCESSTO BE THIS FLEXIBLE WE’VE GOT TO HAVE A PROCESS... PRICING Each unit is quoted based on its unique configuration. Typically, it takes us 3-5 days to provide you with a custom proposal and a nifty little rendering of your specific unit. We can provide you pricing based on a verbal description of your unit, but of course we love your sketches and drawings. If you just need an idea of budget, we can provide you with the costs for each of the units shown in this brochure. ORDERING Even though we ship units around the world, all quoting, order processing and final quality checks are performed in our Philadelphia headquarters. SHOP DRAWINGS Once an order is placed and a deposit is received, we create detailed shop drawings with 3D views for your review and approval. We use this process to make sure that nothing has been missed and that the details of the installation have been considered. FA B R I C AT I O N Once we receive approval on our shop drawings we begin fabrication of your custom unit in our 60,000 sq. ft custom fabrication space. Each component is hand-finished before being assembled by our dedicated team. A lot of work goes into each custom unit, but we work really hard to get these to you as quickly as possible. Our standard fabrication times are 10 – 12 weeks after approval of shop drawings. INSTALL ATIONS Depending on your location we are happy to provide you with a cost to deliver and install your custom units. However, in most cases the installations can be handled by your local contractor. To assist in the process, we are more than happy to speak with your installer during any point in the process.215-535-3000 | [email protected] | amuneal.com amuneal | PRODUCTS 63
