MACHINE OPERATING GUIDELINES
CASCADING CHOCOLATE FONDUE FOUNTAIN INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: • Turn the switch on the right to start the heater on the Cascading Fondue Chocolate Fountain. Allow the unit to warm up for 3-5 minutes before adding melted chocolate. Never add cool or cold liquids to the melted chocolate, as this will disrupt the flow. • After the warm-up period, switch the setting to “HEAT MOTOR” position. This will activate both the motor and the heater simultaneously. Carefully pour the melted chocolate into the bowl at the base of the tower. The melted chocolate should be drawn under the tower cylinders and carried up the tower by the auger. As a result, the chocolate will flow from the top of the tower and cascade evenly down each tier. • Once the chocolate has been flowing for at least 2 minutes, temporarily turn off the motor for 30 seconds to eliminate any air gaps. Then, turn the unit back on to maintain a smooth, cascading chocolate effect. • Ensure that the Cascading Fondue Chocolate Fountain is placed on a level surface to ensure proper chocolate flow. Be cautious not to drop pieces of food into the bowl, as this can obstruct the flow of chocolate. NOTE: By following these simple steps, you can enjoy a delightful chocolate experience with your family. HELPFUL TIPS: • Never add cool or cold liquid to the Chocolate Fountain, as this will disrupt the flow of the fountain. • Do not heat the chocolate above 110°F, as it may cause warping of the towers.
