RESORT SERVICES BAR – MURA BAR AND LOUNGE At Mura Bar and Lounge, located next to the main swimming pool, settle into a long drink in front of the changing horizon and near ending sandbank. Open from 9am to 1am. Alternatively, drinks can be delivered to your villa by pressing the dedicated In-Villa Dining button. BOUTIQUE – MAISON DE JOALI In Maison de JOALI, we have a collection of souvenirs that we have handpicked from all over the world, sourcing unique, handmade and local gifts. We also stock beachwear, accessories and various essentials. The items you find in the room such as bathrobes, towels are specially made for JOALI from the finest cotton. Please visit at your leisure. Maison de JOALI is located next to the entrance of the main restaurant Vandhoo. You can also reach us by dialing 4398. BUTLER – JADUGAR The word Jadugar derived from Urdu means skilled magician and that is what exactly your Jadugar will do - create magical moments that will last forever. Y our Jadugar is committed to provide services beyond expectation. In addition to coordinating your day-to-day activities, your Jadugar is on hand to arrange reservations for destination dining, babysitting, personal training, spa appointments, discreet assistance with floral arrangements, island transportation, and much more to ensure a flawless stay. Your Jadugar can also assist you with all business and secretarial requirements including fax, email, and internet access. COOKING IN THE VILLA S It is not permitted to cook meals or prepare foods in the villas. If you have any dietary requirements or special requests, please contact your Jadugar and we shall endeavor to fulfill your requirements through our talented culinary team. DIVING Our PADI certified Marine Centre provides fun dives and courses for the beginners. Our PADI instructors will guide you with the basics and help you to feel comfortable in your new surroundings on shallow waters or in the swimming pool. Discover SCUBA diving is the first step to getting your full PADI license. We also offer advanced dives and courses for certified divers. DRINKING WATER At JOALI, tap water is safe to drink. However, complimentary bottled water is also provided in your villa. We bottle our own water which is filtered by our “reverse osmosis” (salt water to freshwater) system. DRONES Please note that for privacy and safety reasons of our guests, drones are not permitted to be flown in the island. For further information please contact your Jadugar. EMERGENCY/FIRE SAFET Y In an unlikely event of fire, please dial 0 immediately, as with all emergencies. Assembly point is on the beach in front of Recreation and Marine Center. Also, please note the fire extinguisher is located on the external wall of your villa. EXCURSIONS All excursions can be booked at our Marine Center. The surrounding reefs of JOALI are famous dive sites for its rich marine lives. There are also a number of cultural tours, fishing trips, and private boat charters available. For more information on excursions or to make booking, please contact either your Jadugar or by pressing the dedicated Diving button. Alternatively, you can visit us during opening hours from 8am to 6pm daily. FA SHION BAR In your villa, you will find your Fashion Bar well stocked with a carefully selected mini bar items along with some exclusive beverages. Should you require additional beverages, including freshly shaken cocktails to enjoy in the seclusion of your villa, please contact your Jadugar or by pressing the dedicated In-Villa Dining button. FINE DINING - BELLINIS Those who seek this pearl from the Mediterranean shall find an Italian fine dining experience that offers a piece of Italy right here in the Maldives. From a bar dedicated to making those perfect peachy Bellinis to homemade limoncellos, from “nonna approved” ravioli to a wide range of grappas, all the jewels of Italy are here for your enjoyment. FITNES S CENTRE Our fully equipped and air-conditioned TECHNOGYM™ Fitness Centre is located above the Living Room. Our Fitness Instructor is available from 7am to 9pm. If you would like to access the Fitness Center after these hours, please contact your Jadugar or the resort operator by dialing 0. Raw Fitness, our outdoor gym, is available for those who prefer to enjoy their workout outdoors. HOUSEKEEPING Our Housekeeping team will make every effort to ensure that your stay is comfortable. Additional pillows, blankets, hangers, iron and iron-board are available on request. Housekeeping services are provided every morning and evening. For other housekeeping services, please contact your Jadugar. IN-VILLA DINING At JOALI, your joy, comfort, and privacy are utmost priority to us, which is why we provide 24 hours In-Villa Dining. Please refer to the menu in this directory in which we can do adjustments according to your dietary requirements or special occasions. You can place orders by pressing the dedicated In-Villa Dining button. KIDS CLUB – MURAMA S Muramas is the sanctuary for your little ones with outdoor play area, swimming pool and various exciting activities to keep the young ones occupied. We request an adult to accompany children below 3 years and those not potty-trained. If you require babysitting service while you are enjoying the JOALI experiences, please contact your Jadugar. We would appreciate at least an hour notice for this service. LAUNDRY AND PRES SING Laundry bags are placed in your wardrobe and will be collected daily. We provide dry cleaning service, express service and special care for your delicate items. Please indicate this directly to your Jadugar. 3

LIBRARY A selection of carefully chosen books and journals are available. We ask you to honor the trust- based lending policy, while your suggestion for future purchases are gratefully appreciated. In the meantime, please explore our collection at the Living Room. You can also read e-magazines, please contact your Jadugar for assistance with it. MAIN RESTAURANT – VANDHOO Vandhoo Restaurant offers a specially designed dining experience encompassing South East Asian, Chinese, Mediterranean. Special theme dinners, unmatched breakfast spreads, and art immersive experiential dining choices are just a few of the selections available at Vandhoo. MARINE CENTRE Our Marine Centre is your hub for activities like diving, water sports, excursions and snorkeling. If you are interested in any of these activities, please press the dedicated Diving button or contact your Jadugar. Our opening hours from 8am to 6pm daily. MEDICAL A S SISTANCE We have our own medical centre/facility with a Doctor available 24 hours on call. For any medical emergencies please contact your Jadugar or the resort operator by dialing 0. MUSIC SYSTEM Your villa is equipped with personal music and movie system. Should you wish to get some addition Bluetooth speakers to connect with the existing music system, please contact your Jadugar. PICNIC HAMPERS At JOALI it is all about joyous moments and good food, hence we make fresh hampers to accompany private excursions including beach picnics. To order please contact your Jadugar before 3pm on the preceding evening. PRESERVING THE ENVIRONMENT JOALI is always keen on preserving its rich environment. We request all our valuable guests to not remove any kind of shells, corals and sand from the lagoon and beach. We also would like to remind you that under the Maldivian Law, any such item removed from Maldivian waters and beaches cannot be taken out of the country and if found in your luggage, items will be confiscated and you might be prosecuted with hefty fines. SAFE BOX At JOALI, we pride ourselves on our safe environment. However, we do encourage all our guests to use the Safe Box in the villa for valuable items or the complimentary Safe Box available at Front Office as the resort cannot be held responsible for any losses. SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNT We accept all major currencies and credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and JCB. SIGNATURE RESTAURANT – SAOKE World-renowned restaurant architect Noriyoshi Muramatsu designed this distinctly Japanese restaurant Saoke. Its lounge offers the most incredible views making it perfect for private brunches and weddings. This floating haven of delectable food serves select sakes, sushi, and teppanyaki/ katatsu seating options for the iron-griddle enthusiasts. SNORKELING Snorkeling equipment are be available at our Marine Center with our compliments. JOALI has an abundance of marine life. Swim in the turquoise clear water and enjoy the amazing colourful fish. Please feel free to ask your Jadugar for a private and unique snorkeling experience. 4

As a general safety note, it is not advisable to allow children or beginners in the lagoon unattended as the current can be strong all around the island and some species could cause harm if provoked. We request all swimmers to be responsible and respect the natural environment. Please avoid touching any marine life, standing on corals, and collecting shells from the ocean. Kindly note that we do not have life guards so, you will be swimming at your own risk. For more information on marine life, please join the talks by our resident Marine Biologists. SPA – JOALI SPA BY ESPA JOALI Spa by ESPA has created rejuvenating signature treatments to completely restore your body’s vitality and vibrancy, unlocking your inner joy. Please see our JOALI Spa by ESPA menu for the full selection. We recommend making prior appointments through your Jadugar or by pressing the dedicated Spa button. Separate steam rooms and saunas are available for Ladies and Gentlemen, open daily from 9am to 9pm for all in-house guests with prior appointments. SWIMMING POOL Our main Swimming pool is in front of Mura Bar and Lounge. Fresh towels are supplied with our compliments. Kindly note that we do not have life guards on duty. TRANSFER ONWARDS Although we will be sad to see you go, your Jadugar will arrange all your onward transportation requirements. Should you need any assistance at your departure or at Velana International Airport, please speak to Jadugar. We will have your departure information delivered to you on the evening prior to your departure day. TV CHANNELS We provide a range of channels for those looking to enjoy a few hours indoors. Please refer to the TV channels guide for the list of channels available. VALET SERVICE As part of your JOALI experience, your Jadugar would be happy to assist you with packing and unpacking your luggage with our compliments. WAKE-UP CALLS Wake-up calls are available by calling resort operator on extension 0 and snoozing is allowed. WATER SPORTS You can enjoy various activities like catamaran sailing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skiing and parasailing at our Marine Centre. For those who would like to take lessons, our certified instructors would be happy to assist. To book any water sports activities, please press the dedicated Diving button or contact your Jadugar.
