About Company Vertec International is the mother company of the Vertec Group started in the year of 1990, under the guidance of Mr. M.P.T.Cooray, former Deputy Director General of the BOI. It is currently being executed by Mr. T.R. Egodavitharana as the CEO/Director, Mrs. M.A.N.M Marasinghe(Director) and Ms. D.I Egodavitha- rana(Director).
