Architects of sustainability Project GRUEN “Sky is proud of its bright stars; earth is proud of its bright minds!” Mehmet Murat ildan Navya Verma Muskan Singroha Ishit Kumar Kudos to our ‘Ambassadors of Sustainability’ on achieving second position in the Project GRUEN ‘Green Urban Environments’. Each member of the trio has won €125.The total prize money is €525 i.e. INR 45,754.87. The team also won the first ever Goethe Gruen Award from Max Mueller Bhavan, New Delhi, India. Recognising their outstanding performance, the school has also been awarded €150 i.e. INR 13,000 to execute a Project in the school on the topic ‘Sustainability in School’.
Architects of sustainability Project GRUEN All about GRUEN ❖ Green Urban Environment: GRUEN ❖ An educational Challenge to Secondary schools in Asia to build their own sustainable urban future. ❖ Organized by Baptist University, Hongkong ❖ Collaboration with Partner schools in European Union The learning journey of these ardent participants for the “Project Gruen” began in March 2020 and culminated with designing a Gruen City named, PRASINADA. The direction and mentorship of the Principal of the school yielded hope that nothing is impossible if one wills it. It is time for these young Ambassadors of Sustainability to share the experience of their initiatives and sensitize the upcoming generation in the year,2021.
