Having a great PROJECTS structure in an organization can provide clarity for everyone at every level. Each employee's portion is identified including their function and who they report to within the firm. OTHER

In accordance with the company organizational structure, the project owner is the SSLLIIDDEESSMMAANNIIAA..CCOOMM “Great Swiss Metal Builders Corp.” wherein this organization is the one that commissions the project and finances it. It supervises and makes critical decisions about the project. NOTES Below the project owner, there are two sub-branches, which are the design team and construction management team. In the design team, the organization DUL Interior & Design TO DO Services is responsible for supervising and managing the design appropriate for the project which will then be approved by the project owner. Project design is crucial in the PROJECTS construction of a project because it provides a clear design plan that is critical to the project's success. The Verbs Design and Builders, and Barrion Design Architecture and Interior Design are tasked with making the architectural design of the project which will NOTES determine the aesthetic look of the project. The MGS Builders and General Contractor oversees the construction site and also provides the necessary materials,equipment, and labors for the NOTES execution of project construction. A specialty contractor is a contractor whose operations as such are the performance of SSLLIIDDEESSMMAANNIIAA..CCOOMM construction work requiring special skill and whose principal contracting business involves the use of specialized building trades or crafts.
