We know the world wants and needs to change and it is our commitment to ensure we do our part in protecting the environment. For this reason, we have combined the latest manufacturing techniques, using partly recycled polymer materials to achieve a unique and durable product that takes good care of the world we live in. Winawood is made from HDPS, this reduces the need to grow, harvest or extract new raw materials from the Earth. Winawood is recyclable, meaning that the materials can be reused and converted into future products. We go above and beyond to ensure Winawood looks natural and authentic. For this reason all our Winawood products have a natural grain effect; we also make sure the colour and grain is not only visible on the surface but is embedded through the material. Winawood can be kept outside and uncovered 365 days a year, looking as good as the day it was purchased. Simply wipe the product with a cloth and warm water or, for stubborn stains, feel free to use a pressure hose. This is how durable our product is. Winawood uses UV resistant pigments, to help maintain the colour throughout the material. All of our designs are patented and exclusive to Winawood®. The characteristic straight slats and curved armrests define the elegant and timeless Sandwick Range design. The seat is slightly curved, making any bench or armchair comfortable and stylish at the same time. Sandwick has an authentic wood effect with grain, but the HDPS material means it will not warp, will not rot and will never need to be stained or painted.
