Receiving Scheduling Requests Through Workday • TA completes the Interview Schedule Template (IST) and attaches it to the candidate profile in WD using the Add function (Labeling the Category as Interview) TA goes to Overview section of candidate profile and sends notification to RC by typing “@” in the activity stream, types the RC’s first and last name in the pop-up window and hits <enter>, then adds a simple message such as, “Jennifer, please schedule Mainaki Aslot with the interview team. Aiming for all interviews to be completed by 1/29.
