The agriculture in Thailand has greatly evolved from the past to the present. Farmers are learning more about commercial crop cultivation, developing industrial agriculture, large-scale farming, contract farming, integrated farming, and individual farming, according to the suitability of the climate and geography. However, now a day, the yield of production is decreasing due to increasing production costs and the destroy of soil quality from the use of chemical fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides, plant hormones, and other chemicals. These have long-term effects on the health of the farmers and leave residues in agricultural produce, affecting consumers. Nevertheless, a significant number of farmers are turning toward more organic farming, which is a positive trend for the quality of agricultural produce and the health of consumers. The National Development Organic Agriculture Project (Kaset Star) was established with the power of conviction and faith, believing that Thailand is a fertile land, a rice and water source that allows Thai people to thrive and eat well, and could potentially become the world's centric of food. The project was founded by those who convinced loyalty to the nation, religion, and the monarchy, and it brings together those with a wealth of knowledge who are passionate about developing Thailand. The aim is to assist Thai farmers in improving their quality of life, enhance cultivation practices to yield better produce, reduce costs, and decrease the use of fertilizers and chemicals. This is in order to ensure the safety of agricultural products for consumers, and to generate income for farmers, communities, and the nation. These reasons are a significant motivation that has led to the establishment of the National Development Organic Agriculture Project. Our conviction and faith inspire us to believe that Thailand will once again flourish with agriculture, even more so than before. We will develop the field of agriculture by integrating innovative technology, scientific research, and marketing to achieve significant progress, making agriculture adapt to the current era. Most importantly, it is our collective spirit and determination to work together to develop the nation with safe organic farming. This reduces costs for farmers, improves the quality and quantity of agricultural produce, and increases farmers' income. When agricultural produce reaches consumers, they receive high-quality, safe, and reasonably priced products. Moreover, the project focuses on developing overall health to enhance the quality of life of farmers and consumers, in terms of physical health, mental health, and prosperous living, in a \"social enterprise\" model. Therefore, we must work with the intention of enabling every farmer to create happiness in society and generate occupations to distribute income to every citizen who is a farmer.
