On May 19th 2023, the Association for the Advancement of Civil Liberties (AACL) has requested for the Volusia County School District to be forthcoming about [1] the discussions they have had with Scott Paul Beierle at his email address listed as [email protected] (by disclosing those conversations); [2] the employment contract signed by Scott Paul Beierle on (or around) August 14th 2017 (by disclosing the terms and conditions of that employment contract); [3] the total amount of money paid to Scott Paul Beierle when he was employed as a part-time/full-time teacher. The AACL plans to disseminate those records to members of the general public/representatives of the media if/whenever they become available.
