Description: When disclosing very limited records acknowledging the month of April as “Sexual Assault Awareness Month,” the City of Los Angeles (California) denied holding conversations about Teresa Williams as a woman, who [1] was coerced to engage in sexual activity she didn’t consent to during her employment with the Iron Mountain Police Department (IMPD located in the State of Michigan); [2] filed a charge of employment discrimination pursuant to Title VII of the 1964 and 1991 Civil Rights Act as a direct consequence of the sexual coercion she experienced; [3] was informed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) that her charge of employment discrimination would not be referred to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for prosecution; [4] is not legally represented by the DOJ in the complaint she filed with the United States District Court in Michigan; [5] may be seen (by the courts) as having “less merit than” other U.S government employees, who were legally represented by the DOJ...
