We together should encourage great work and collaboration at the student level both at home and within their school hours.  Encourage your ward to converse in English at home.  Encourage the child to read story-books- Read for pleasure- (The child may pick the newest book from RAZ PLUS-any favourite series and read for fun. After reading, ask them questions such as, “Which is their favourite part?’’ or “Which character of the story did they like the most and why?”

 Practice Word Building and Picture Reading to enhance their vocabulary and communication skills.  Maintain reasonable bedtimes- with no school to get up for in the morning, follow a regular bedtime schedule and start their 2023 bright eyed!  Limit watching TV to one hour for them.  Encourage self-responsibility- Ask them to make their bed and clean their room daily.  Ensure they stay positive, work hard, exercise regularly and eat healthy food.  Avoid video games for them; instead teach them to play interesting games like Scrabble, Pictionary, Chess etc. The students will be evaluated on the following pointers: 1.
