EVENT DESCRIPTION Event Name: Dragon-Boat Competition Location: Taman Awam Teluk Likas, Tanjung Lipas, Sabah, Malaysia Date: 15 August – 18 August 2022 (Monday to Thursday) Duration: 4 days event
Aim: To gain more potential participants or clients for joining our event especially the community that stay in the area. Objectives: To attract the community all over the Sabah to join the event and create a bonding among the participants.

CONTINGENCY PLANS FOR DRAGON-BOAT COMPETITION EVENT Ensure the safety of the participants and the spectators . Sports events like Dragon boat racing competition will involve many aspects of safety. Identify risks and hazards that will occur during the event.
Identification of Hazards/ Risk Assessment While doing this Dragon boat race Competition in the water area, each of body water has its own risks and hazards that we can see. As an organiser we will prepare a Effective Risk Assessment of this dragon boat event such as identifying what kind of hazards that possibly can occur and taking the proper action to get rid the risk or reduce the risk that can potentially occur.

EMERGENCY & RESCUE PERSONNEL. As an event organiser we will appoint a race organiser for this event that will responsible for managing the race such as producing the racing plan for this event. we also appoint a Safety Officer to evaluate the and oversee safety issues, Emergency and Rescue personnel to respond to emergencies, Paramedics for medical emergencies, and Rescue boat to rescue the participants if accidents occur.
