Statement: As the prison system fails time and time again to improve falling food standards, a new currency has been adopted by those living in these flawed institutions. Ramen Noodles. These noodles, known to the prisoners as ‘soups’ are val- ued to the highest level. Not for their price, but for their functionality. Soups have a long shelf life and are a tasty luxury in a world of small, bland meals. It’s safe to say in a society where capitalism has collapsed and currency as we know it has changed that we too might trade in similarly functional items.
Workshop Briefs: Vector drawing of my draw- ing mechanism (left) and mini me project of 3 differ- ent icons at three different sizes (right).
