MESSAGE FROM THE CEO Nowadays, as we spend most of our time indoors, the importance of Indoor Air Quality has been a great concern not only in hospitals, but also in various industries for their, offices, commercial establishments, and other indoor spaces where we spend 90% of our time daily. Without proper ventilation, Indoor Air can be far more harmful than Outdoor Air. Indoor air contains pollutants that can remarkably affect our health. Some of these pollutants come from the outdoors as we bring them along with us, and others can come from indoor sources, such as secondhand smoke, cooking, cleaning, building materials, and other consumer products. Primary Filters Primary or Disposable Filter Typical Application for the Major Efficiency Class: G1, G2: Minimum filtration, used almost exclusively in residential buildings. G3, G4: Used in most commercial applications and better residential buildings. F5, F6: Used in superior residential buildings, electronics, and commercial buildings Washable Filter Application: 1. Used as pre-filtration filter in air condition and ventilation system to avoid accumulated dust contamination in the system and as pre-filtration filter of large-scale air compressor; 2. Filtering of the ventilation system of air condition and make-up air, which can prolong the life of HEPA Air Filters; 3. Used in the industry workshops, which require general air cleanliness and in coarse dust system of air condition in general buildings. Nylon Mesh or Saranet Filter The outer frame is extruded anodized aluminum frame or vinyl. Thickness: 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm; or 20mm, 6mm, and 8mm without aluminum frame. The inner frame is 2-ply galvanized steel wire or stainless steel wire. Media: PP, PE, or PA; 2 or 4 layers. Efficiency: G1~G2 (En779) Average Arrestance: ≤65% Advantages: Washable, long service life, reusable, can handle high air flow volume, has a low-pressure drop, resistant to acid, alkali, and humidity, has a high dust-holding capacity, lightweight, easy to install Secondary Filters Pocket Filters Features 1. Collects 1 to 5-micron particles. In between each pocket is a metal clip that makes the frame firmer. The separation material of each pocket can protect the filter from over- expanding under pressure. 2. Ultrasonic sealing makes the filter stronger. 3. Adopts fine synthetic fiber instead of some fiberglass material. 4. Material has antistatic fiber, large dust holding capacity, and long working life. Secondary Rigid Box Filters The Synthetic Rigid Filter Box is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter. Due to the recent technological improvements in synthetic media, we now offer a synthetic version of our rigid cell filter. Superior performance in high humidity applications combined with the elimination of media fiber shedding makes this filter a smart choice over traditional fiberglass high-efficiency products. The lofted ultra-fine synthetic media provides excellent dust-holding capacity and coupled with its rigid construction, it virtually eliminates the dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. A galvanized steel frame, diagonal support bracing, moisture-proof media, contour stabilizers, and metal media support grid enhance the durability of this filter. This durability eliminates media oscillation and media pull-away. The media of this filter is adhesively bonded to all four sides of the frame to eliminate air by-pass. High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filters Minipleat HEPA Filter High efficiency, low resistance, high dust-holding capacity, lightweight, easy to install. HEPA Box Filters are designed to meet requirements and are built for industrial process applications that require high-temperature applications. The media is a water-resistant glass fiber mat that is formed into a pleated design with aluminum corrugated separators to maximize the filter area. VENTILATION AND EXHAUST SYSTEM Buoyant Industrial Systems, Inc. offers its services for the design, fabrication and installation of building ventilation and exhaust systems to residential, medical, and industrial requirements. Ventilation and exhaust system includes the supply and installation of blowers, ductworks, and other accessories to meet the system requirements.
