That's why I design different activities that can cope with their individual differences. I also ensure that I have a review lesson before jumping into another so that they can easily link their prior knowledge to the present. I utilized the use messenger functionality in order them to easily access the said assessment. For my ODL learners, I post a copy of my assessment in our google classroom for them to easily access the assessment. At first it was very difficult for me to work on, but later as a course goes by, I slowly understand and get the point that this course help me a lot in distance learning. This experience and learnings in the new normal gave me wisdom, strength and confidence to develop my portfolio same as with the IPCRF. This way, I can prove that I did my best as a teacher. In this course I learned a lot. I learned to extend my patience, understanding extended my help to my colleagues. For me, this is not just a course, it is a life-learned lesson that the teacher can use to achieve his goal as a teacher of the new normal. We build friendships, teamwork, comradeship, among other things. I had to admit that completing this portfolio has been quite a challenge and I have taken a lot of time and effort to hopefully make it the best it can be. I do feel a sense of pride and achievement after completing this portfolio as I believe I have taken myself out of my comfort zone many times to complete the tasks in the LDM 2 course.
