Cinnamon 11 THE BAKIN HUB Banana Tortilla BY: SHAEMARIE LOGAN INGREDIENTS: Toppings: 2 Ripe Bananas Strawberry or any fruit 2 Tortilla Wrap of your choice 2 tsp. Cinnamon 1 bottle of Chocolate 2 tsp. Brown Sugar syrup (drizzled on top 1 cup of oil for frying for garnish) DIRECTIONS: 1. Cut banana in two pieces, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. 2. Wrap tightly in tortilla. 3. Fry for one minute, then drain. 4. Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a bowl. 5. Roll the wrap evenly in the cinnamon mix while it is warm. 6. Add chocolate and strawberry to garnish.
