Troupe Expectations1. Open to students grades 7-12 that are home schooled, charter schools in District 6, public and charter schools in District RE-4 and RE-2.2. All students that are invited to perform with the Illusions will need to secure a school sponsor from their school within 30 days of invitation.3. Technique Requirements: double or triple pirouette, leap or second jump, fast foot work, musicality, basic knowledge or proper placement (straight legs, pointed toes, strong arms), any tricks or leg holds and flexibility are appreciated.4. Auditionees will be judged on knowledge of the material taught, physical ability to do routines, flexibility, enthusiasm, attitude, cooperation, teamwork, and determination.* Estimated cost for participation with Illusionsfor 2015 is a minimum of $860. Additional costscould be incurred if the troupe attends theUniversal Dance Association camp, regional com-petition and national competition. Fundraisingopportunities will be planned.

GINA HAUG CHOREOGRAPHY DIRECTOR /COACHGina attended the American Music andDramatic Academy in Los Angeleswhere she received her BFA in DanceTheater. She has trained over 18 yearsin as many styles as possible includingJazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop andContemporary. Currently she is on staffat The Dance Factory in Greeley, whereshe grew up! Gina is super excited to becoaching the brand new Illusions DanceTroupe and hopes to help the dancersgrow as much as possible. DANIELLE RUTZ JUDGE Danielle is a first grade teacher at Bella Romero Academy. She graduated from UNC with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has trained in dance from the time she was 3 through high school. After high school she taught dance for three years while being a performance dancer for the Colorado Dance Collective. “I amfun, outgoing and I cannot wait to see where life takes me!”

MELISSA CARROLL GASMAN JUDGEMelissa has 13 years of danceeducation. Her professionalexperience includes Greeley WestHigh School Poms Choreographer /Coach, Universal Dance Association(UDA), Holland America Cruise LineShowgirl, UNC Sugar Bear, Dancer /Choreographer/ Coach, ColoradoMammoth Wild Bunch Dancer aswell as dancer and judge for multiplevenues, competitions and auditionsthroughout the years. ETHAN CLAMPITT JUDGE Ethan is currently attending University of Northern Colorado for Musical Theatre. He has trained in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, Swing, Tap and Contemporary. Ethan has been Dance Captain in shows such as “Footloose”, and “West Side Story”, as well as Choreographer for Laredo Middle Schoolsproduction of “High School Musical”. He would like tothank his friends and family for all the love and support.

Illusions Dance TroupeIllusions Dance Troupe is an auditioned All Star danceteam comprised of 7th—12th grade students who haveachieved a high level of dance technique. The students canbe members of a competitive team or studio, and must becommitted to perfecting their dance skills for schoolperformances and national competitions.
