DEAR HIRING MANAGERS, I’ve created this ‘brochure’ to express my keen interest in the 2021 Toyota Marketing Communications internship. This brochure was produced, and edited by me, including the photos, inspired by the brochures available on the Toyota website. As you will have seen in the contents page, this brochure acts as my cv; with pages outlining my skills, education, previous employment history, and my reasons for wanting to work for one of the biggest powerhouses in the automotive industry and one of The Sunday Times’ top 100 companies to work for.

Managed a wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues effectively. 2018 Greene King - Bartender Offered a friendly a professional service to all patrons to build positive relationships and rapport to ensure customer retention 2018 Team Sport Go-Karting - Track Marshall/ Events ....................Manager Offered outstanding events and management to all customers. Ensured compliance with all operational track and safety procedures. 2018 Nando's - Host Recipient of multiple positive reviews acknowledging dedication to excellent customer service. Handles all customer relations issues in a gracious manner and in accordance with customer policies. Educated customers about the brand to incite excitement about the company's missions and values. OTHER I am a current student representative for BA Advertising and Digital Marketing communications which allows me to liaise with the University and faculty and present ideas and issues raised with course content presented by the student body. Being a student representative has helped grow and develop my professionalism and public speaking skills as well as my interpersonal and communication skills.

It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Mr. Bradley Crowley. Mr. Bradley Crowley is a current second year student in Greenwich Business Faculty, UK, enrolled in BA Advertising & Digital Marketing Communications programme. As his Programme Leader and the module leader of Customer Insights & Research, I had ample opportunity to assess Bradley’s intellectual abilities. Bradley has demonstrated interest in the subject of digital marketing communications. His academic performance has been excellent, especially for modules such as “Brand Management”, in which he earned one of the highest grade in the whole class (85%); “Creative Content Marketing” (73%) and “Introduction to Digital Marketing” (72%). The results of these modules show Bradley’s understanding of social media marketing and his ability to design an integrated digital campaign and suitable contents to target customers. Bradley also serves as student representative for his programme and contributes his thoughts on programme structure and contents design. Furthermore, he and his teammate are participating in the national competition “The Pitch”, held by Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). This has demonstrated his hard-working and engaging attitude towards his study and his passion of the subject.

I am also impressed by Bradley’s diligence and positive attitude of learning this year, especially during this global pandemic. For example, he is currently taking the module “Customer Insight & Research”, which requires Bradley to learn more about market research and analytical skills, including SPSS quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Bradley has been hard-working, willing to learn, and has good communication with the module tutors. I can also see that he has been studying with other students and works well with others in the class. Therefore, I believe that Bradley has the potential to do great for the position that you offer, and I would like to give him my recommendation.
