Pollinator Week HIGHLIGHTS This year's Pollinator Week was a huge success, with multiple buildings and monuments lighting up across the country in celebration of pollinators and the ecosystem services they provide. From the CN Tower in Toronto to the Provincial BC Parliament Building in Victoria, pollinator colours were lighting up the night sky from coast to coast. The highly anticipated Pollinator Stewardship Webinar Series also kicked off during Pollinator Week, covering the importance of supporting pollinators through habitat creation, outreach, and citizen science. In addition, the inaugural Pollinator Month Showdown resulted in a friendly competition between participating employers and employees, raising awareness for pollinator health while getting people outside in a safe way. - Anthony Colangelo From all of us here at P2C, we'd like to say thank you for participating in Pollinator Week and supporting Canadian pollinators. We look forward to celebrating again next year with you from June 21-27, 2021! Page | 4
