Assisted Living at The Village is our assisted living campus located in beautiful New Canaan, o ffering individually tailored personal care options to perfectly suit each senior’s specific needs and preferences. Our all-inclusive rates include a private apartment residence, specifically-tailored personal care, meals, housekeeping and healthcare and priority access to Waveny LifeCare Network’s comprehensive continuum of healthcare services.

Memory and Dementia Care at The Village is specifically designed to energize the lives of people with memory impairment, and our world-renowned indoor “Main Street” is a unique social gathering place for our residents. Just beyond Main Street, The Village’s interior residences offer charming studio apartments and deluxe suites with picturesque views, each perfectly suited to meet the unique needs of a person with memory impairment.

The residents at The Village receive attentive, individualized, personal care and healthcare monitoring throughout each and every day. With stimulating sensory benefits and endless opportunities for interaction, The Village offers a robust and diverse therapeutic recreation program recreational activities, exercise and yoga, educational, holistic, spiritual and cultural programs, entertainment and outings.

Waveny Homecare brings the expertise and resources of a full healthcare system into the home and community. Our interdisciplinary team makes rehabilitation at home a realistic choice. A full spectrum of licensed and certified in-home therapies and professional skilled nursing services are available within 24 hours of referral, including on weekends and holidays. Services are available for in-home, within assisted living communities and long- term care settings – based on a comprehensive assessment and collaboration with the client’s physician.

Waveny Care Center’s award winning Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Care Center values and understands the importance of rehabilitative care. We offer a continuum of inpatient, outpatient and home-based services including in-patient and out-patient physical, occupational and speech therapy, along with full-service, short and long-term skilled nursing care. We also offer a secure, specialized unit for the care of individuals with advanced memory impairment and dementia.

Waveny at Home provides a range of professional caregiving services to help older adults do what they want, when they want. We proudly serve seniors in both Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
